How to ask for a refund on a Qoloring page, bundle, book or membership. Every request is reviewed by a person, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Open Your purchases while signed in, choose the purchase, then Request a refund and pick the items.

Or email qoloring.app@gmail.com with your order number.

Sending a request doesn’t issue a refund by itself. We review it and reply. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, and your saved colorings are kept.
